Currently there are eight direct flights daily from Jakarta’s Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK) to HAS Hanandjoeddin Airport (TJQ) at Tanjung Pandan, Belitung. The flight takes about 45 minutes.
There are also flights from Jakarta, Palembang, Batam and Bandung to the neighbouring island, Bangka’s Depati Amir Pangkalpinang Airport (PGK). From Bangka there are two flights daily to Belitung that takes about 30 minutes.

From Bangka’ Pangkalbalam port, a jetfoil ship KM Bahari Express sails to Belitung at 2.00 pm everyday. The trip takes about 4 hours.
